Annual Plan

Minor updates beyond the Annual Plan’s free updates, one-off requests and every Monthly Plan update are NZ$80 + GST each, for a change that takes up to an hour (such as editing some text or replacing a few photos). Anything our build causes to break within 30 days of launch is fixed free. The Annual Plan is non-refundable after 14 days, and the site stays live to the end of the paid year.

Sign up
Choose your package, sign the Engagement Letter and pay the build fee and first hosting payment by bank transfer. Work starts after payment.
Send your materials
Send your business details, hours, logo, photos, text, menus and links, plus your language and preferred launch date.
Build and copy
We build on Squarespace and refine your copy. AI assists; a person reviews and approves.
Form test
We send a test enquiry. The form is delivered once you confirm it reached your inbox.

Up to two rounds before launch, each sent as one consolidated list.

Menus that change often come through an Instagram feed or a PDF you can update yourself. Sites built on WordPress, Wix or custom systems are rebuilt on Squarespace rather than edited.
AI tools help with structure, first-draft copy and coding. A person leads each project, checks the facts and approves every delivery. Passwords, domain details and private information never go into AI tools, and we use your real photos, never AI-generated stand-ins. We don’t promise enquiries or search rankings.

What happens when my menu or prices change?
Your regular menu goes on the site. Seasonal or daily items come through an Instagram feed or a downloadable PDF, so you can update them yourself, with no request to us and no extra cost.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Connecting it (normally NZ$150) is included in both packages, and while you’re on the Annual Plan we cover your next renewal at cost, up to NZ$50.
How long does it take?
About 10 business days for Standard and 15 for Advanced, once your required materials are in. It’s an estimate, not a guarantee, and it doesn’t include time waiting for your reviews.
Why don’t I get admin access?
To prevent accidental layout breaks and security problems, we keep technical admin access. Your domain, your content and your business data remain yours.
What if I want to leave?
We return your domain and the photos and text you gave us. If you’d like the site moved to your own Squarespace account, the transfer is NZ$150 + GST.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for parts of the work such as organising text, structuring pages and coding help. A person checks and approves every delivery. It isn’t a fully automated service.
